An exhibition of Modern European Glass Engraving at The Finnish Glass Museum in Riihimäki, Finland was opened 29.8.2019. Kirsti Taiviola was honoured to give an opening speech in the reception.

The exhibition showcases works from over 40 international artists that represent the diversity of contemporary European glass engraving in both artistic and technical terms. Kirsti Taiviola’s new work ”The Art of Craftsmanship” is part of the touring exhibition that starts it’s journey from Riihimäki and will continue to Coburg, Germany in 2020.
